Pixar Screens COCO To Employees And Invitees At Wrap Party!

Over five years of hard work has finally come to end as Disney•Pixar celebrated the production wrap of Coco with a screening of the upcoming musical film, and it looks like the studio is set to give us another emotional masterpiece.

Here are some of the first reactions coming out of the screening from some Pixar employees and those invited to the private screening.

Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colourful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history. Character actress Renée Victor also joins the cast as Abuelita, Miguel’s grandmother.

Directed Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, Coco will feature the voice talents of Anthony Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Renée Victor and Edward James Olmos.

Coco hits theaters on November 22, 2017.
